We have a global network of distribution centres and ship more than 44,000 parcels per working day, distributing products from over 2,500 leading suppliers worldwide.

The majority of our business is now web-based. We have 60 websites across the world, and eCommerce has grown from 20% to 60% of our business, over the past ten years, with market share seeing 8% growth in 2015. There are around 10 million visits to our global websites every month, and around 800,000 product views per day.

We manage about 2.8 million interactions with customers around the world every year, and handle more than eight million orders and more than 500 million transactions per year. We manage 50 million prices across our global product range.

The DesignSpark has community has over 450,000 registered members and generates around 600,000 page views per month.

Our TRI*M Index customer satisfaction survey score puts us in the top 10% globally of our benchmark group.

Having our regional headquarters HQ in Hong Kong positions RS for markets in both South and North Asia, with offices in Australia, New Zealand and Japan, as well as in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

We particularly focus on disruptive technologies. An example of that is the Raspberry Pi, where we have just launched Pi 3.0 Other development kits and platforms also available, including the Intel Edison platform, with a particular focus on the Internet of Things (IoT).
